About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage performance across paid channels.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search programs using Google Ads and paid social programs using LinkedIn Campaign Manager across multiple product lines and regions.
  • Develop keyword and audience strategy, bidding, budgets, and ad structure.
  • Align conversion strategy to funnel stages including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline, partnering with Marketing Operations and Inside Sales.
  • Manage paid media investment to maximize pipeline contribution while maintaining reasonable CAC.
  • Launch structured experiments across ad copy, creative, audience segments, bidding strategies, and offers.
  • Document testing insights and scale effective approaches while maintaining brand voice consistency.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Content teams to improve landing page relevance, form performance, and post-click experience.
  • Maintain campaign governance, naming conventions, change logs, budget pacing, and QA processes across Google Ads, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Flag campaign risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights for marketing leadership.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly planning, performance forecasting, budget allocation, and channel strategy alignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience required.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform.
  • Experience connecting paid media performance to pipeline and revenue metrics, not just click or lead volume.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, including pulling performance data, spotting trends, and translating numbers into actionable insights.
  • Comfort working across multiple regions, product lines, and stakeholders in a B2B environment.
  • Strong organizational habits, including naming conventions, documentation, and structured testing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
  • Ability to recommend improvements and constructively challenge themselves and team members.
  • Ability to communicate, write, and synthesize information.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline.
  • B2B SaaS or fintech/insurtech experience is a plus.
