About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the technical and commercial point of reference in the area, combining knowledge of legislation, product and processes to generate and expand revenue.
- Business expansion: Identify client needs, generate interest in new products/services, and create billable services from market gaps or legislative changes.
- Commercial support: Assist sales with demos, POCs, tender analysis and pre-sales compliance reports.
- Consulting and training: Provide consultancy (one-off and recurring), deliver talks, internal and external training, and train teams on legislation, product and business processes.
- Implementation: Lead and execute software implementation projects, focusing on legislation, business rules and client workflows.
- Team development: Identify and train future consultants, support team structuring and the preparation of scopes for proposals.
- Management and alignment: Work with product to continuously evolve solutions, manage agenda with a focus on prospecting, record hours and stay updated on legislation and market.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate degree or specialization in Tax Law, Taxation or Business Management is a plus.
- Experience analyzing legislation and its impact on systems;
- Track record of creating new services or products;
- Experience in technology companies focused on the fiscal/tax segment.
