About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Product Manager is the professional responsible for defining what will be developed in a digital product.
- Acts as the bridge between business needs and the technical team, ensuring the product delivers maximum value to users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Product Strategy and Vision**
- - Define and communicate the product's long-term vision;
- - Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap;
- - Conduct market analyses and competitive benchmarking;
- - Identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- **Backlog Management**
- - Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog;
- - Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria;
- - Continuously refine backlog items;
- - Estimate effort in collaboration with the technical team.
- **Collaboration with Agile Teams**
- - Participate in all Scrum ceremonies;
- - Clarify requirements and resolve questions from the development team;
- - Validate deliveries and approve product increments;
- - Facilitate discovery and ideation sessions.
- **Stakeholder Management**
- - Collect and analyze feedback from users and customers;
- - Align expectations with business areas;
- - Communicate product progress and changes;
- - Negotiate scope and priorities with different departments.
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- - Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration;
- - Experience leading product teams in planning, budgeting, treasury, and public accounting.
