About the role

  • Data Engineering & ETL: Extract data from different sources and formats (relational databases, .txt files, .csv files, competitors' backups) for import into Equiplano's ERP;
  • Analysis and Cleansing: Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in source data before migration;
  • Source-to-Target Mapping: Create mapping scripts and correlation routines between the tables of the source system and the Equiplano system;
  • Business Validation: Support verification of migrated data (e.g., reconcile accounting balances, check functional histories) to ensure the integrity of public information;
  • Automation: Develop scripts and routines (SQL/Python) to automate repetitive data cleaning and conversion processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Databases, or related fields;
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (building complex queries, joins, views, procedures);
  • Proven experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or Firebird);
  • Preferred: knowledge of programming logic or scripting (Python or C#);
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of public sector business rules and accounting (CASP - Accounting Applied to the Public Sector, PCASP, Payroll Event Table, Laws 8.666/14.133).
