Key responsibilities & impact
  • Make the initial contact with leads received through partners and commercial channels;
  • Conduct consultative interactions by phone, WhatsApp and email as required;
  • Identify customer profile, needs and business opportunities;
  • Gather information for analysis and corporate benefits quotations;
  • Qualify opportunities according to criteria defined by the company;
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team;
  • Follow up with prospective clients;
  • Record information and contact history in the CRM;
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of collected data;
  • Support commercial campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferably ongoing or completed higher education in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing or related areas;
  • Experience in commercial customer service, pre-sales, SDR, inside sales or outbound telemarketing;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ease in building relationships and conducting consultative conversations.
