About the role

  • Conduct proactive prospecting of new SME clients (small and medium-sized enterprises);
  • Handle leads generated by the brokerage and guide them through the sales funnel;
  • Prepare quotes for SME products using the brokerage's platforms;
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored insurance and benefits solutions;
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts;
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction by providing excellent service;
  • Monitor service delivery and support mapping of client requirements;
  • Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies to expand business opportunities;
  • Track performance indicators and contribute to improvements in commercial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Insurance, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in consultative sales, preferably in corporate insurance and employee benefits;
  • Knowledge of SME products (health, dental, and life insurance);
  • Experience with insurer platforms and quotation systems;
  • Microsoft Office — intermediate to advanced level;
  • Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and manage post-sale follow-up;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and negotiation.
