About the role
- Perform the policy conversion process covering all portfolios of the brokerage;
- Verify the data of proposals entered by the responsible department, ensuring information compliance (client data, insured item, coverages, amounts, policy period, and commercial terms);
- Enter, update, and verify information in the internal system, ensuring correct conversion of the policy to 'issued' status;
- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or pending issues, making necessary adjustments or notifying the responsible departments;
- Carry out operational routines with a high level of attention to detail, quality, and adherence to deadlines;
- Support the administrative and financial department, including covering for colleagues on vacation when necessary;
- Maintain controls, records, and organization of documents related to policies and administrative and financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields;
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile;
- Comfort with performing operational and routine tasks;
- Strong concentration skills, data verification, and meeting deadlines;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Interest in process optimization, use of technology, and management support tools or indicators (e.g., BI).
