About the role
- Oversee daily program operations and care delivery.
- Report to the Sr. Director of Therapy and supervise Therapy Leads.
- Ensure high quality of care provided by the therapy team.
- Provide guidance, accountability, and oversight of staff therapists.
- Own the success of your team and flag improvement opportunities.
- Participate in interviewing, training, and onboarding of Therapy Leads.
- Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Understand and adhere to Equip’s treatment philosophy.
- Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and safety events as needed.
- Utilize data and metrics to monitor team performance and guide decisions.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and operational goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supervising a team of therapists or therapy leaders at varying levels of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in treating patients with eating disorders.
- Eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment at a growing company.
- Ability to identify problems, understand the root cause, and implement solutions.
- Ability to safely and effectively deliver evidence-based care in a virtual care model.
- Ability to hold a team accountable and guide a team toward success.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and active, unrestricted license within home state.
- Eligibility and willingness to be licensed in multiple states or inter-jurisdictional compacts, depending on business needs.
