💰 $117,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for a variety of use cases and audiences.
  • Clearly communicate design solutions to stakeholders through wireframes, prototypes, and detailed implementation specifications.
  • Partner with business leaders, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment throughout the process.
  • Help establish and promote design system guidelines, brand consistency, and implement best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to user research and usability testing in order to incorporate feedback and make data-driven decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in product design or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a designer within a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally working at a tech-enabled healthcare company.
  • Proven track record working on a digital platform with an active user base.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Proficiency in using design tools (Figma) and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results with limited resources and work independently with a bias toward action.
