Key responsibilities & impact

Own the annual strategy cycle and translate strategic direction into operational goals, KPIs, prioritized work, and success measures
Cascade goals across organizational layers and ensure consistent interpretation in plans and commitments
Define tracking, reporting, dashboards, and review cadence in partnership with D&A
Maintain an integrated view of progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs for the DCOO and leadership team
Lead end-to-end process design for DS&O workflows, including intake, prioritization, requirements, governance, and closed-loop measurement
Set standards, requirements, and cross-team interfaces for foundational workflows
Orchestrate process rollout and change management; define KPIs, ROI, and continuous improvement cycles
Turn ambiguous, high-stakes efforts into executable programs with scope, ownership, sequencing, governance, and measurable outcomes
Run operating cadence for initiatives, surface risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum
Ensure initiatives are activated within DIO with clear expectations, decision paths, and accountabilities
Operate the portfolio of cross-functional work affecting SG&A and OPM
Track budgets, identify levers, and escalate issues to unblock value
Partner with Finance, OPM teams, Procurement, and DIO leaders on cost and efficiency programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years across strategy, operations, or consulting
Demonstrated ownership of strategy translation, portfolio governance, and cross-functional execution
Experience in technology or digital infrastructure contexts
Deep understanding of operating models and process engineering
Expertise in goal/OKR systems and closed-loop performance management
Fluency in enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and BI
Experience with AI-enabled workflows
Proven leadership of multi-team programs
Experience managing financial performance levers including budget, SG&A, and OPM
Ability to partner credibly with senior Finance and product/engineering leaders
Strategic systems thinking and ability to build disciplined operating mechanisms
Analytical problem solving and crisp decision framing
Governance and cadence-building ability
Executive communication and influence across senior stakeholders
Change leadership at scale
