Key responsibilities & impact

Partners with executive leaders and their leadership teams to define the talent strategy, shape business objectives, build high performing teams, and optimize the organization.
Leads business change and global people initiatives, and drives engagement across the organization.
Leads transformational work that improves organizational effectiveness, organization design, organizational capability, and talent management.
Works with senior leaders to optimize organization design and drive business performance, partnering with Org & Talent Partners for OD and OE expertise while providing business context.

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive HR experience preferred, including partnership with executive leaders in a global, matrixed environment
Domain experience preferred: Supporting Data Center Operations environment or similar
