About the role
- Review, analyze, and manage various types of construction contracts
- Lead negotiations with contractors, consultants, and suppliers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract analysis and management within the construction industry
- Proven experience with General Contractor Contracts, Construction Consultancy Contracts, and Equipment Contracts
- Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and negotiation strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
