Key responsibilities & impact

Own the development and maintenance of design guides spanning planning, implementation, performance, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
Produce high-quality technical content including videos, demos, deployment guides.
Lead technical enablement programs for global sales teams and channel partners.
Build and maintain high-quality RFP response content and technical field resources.
Serve as a senior technical point of contact for strategic customer engagements.
Deliver rigorous competitive analysis across direct and indirect competitors.
Feed product development with actionable insights grounded in hands-on experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or sales engineering in networking, cloud, or infrastructure domains.
1+ years of experience working in a data center business, experience with private cloud, hybrid cloud.
Proven ability to bridge product innovation and customer adoption—developing technical assets and narratives.
Deep fluency in the Colocation market, hybrid cloud architectures, infrastructure managed services.
Strong understanding of AI infrastructure trends.
Experience navigating and enabling vendor ecosystems (e.g., Dell, NVIDIA, HPE).
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
