About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Designs and executes enablement programs that build organizational capabilities, improve ways of working, and drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies.
Partners with Enablement Business Partners and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions aligned to transformation initiatives and proficiency goals.
Manages programs across the full lifecycle—from discovery through implementation and sustainment.
Develops enablement proposals aligned to business priorities, capability needs, and strategic learning objectives.
Coordinates cross-functional contributors and ensures readiness for rollout.
Partners with Enablement Services for logistics, production, and delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or related field
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment
Experience with global programs preferred
Bachelor's degree required
