Key responsibilities & impact

Hands-on case management at all stages of litigation and investigation
Developing overall strategy, assessing liability, reviewing or drafting filings, preparing witness testimony, negotiating settlements

Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. from an accredited law school
2-4 years of relevant law firm, government, or in-house experience on litigation and investigation matters
Active bar membership or ability to obtain immediate in-house qualification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with large-scale eDiscovery
Demonstrated ability to manage a complex, fast-paced workload
Willingness to develop new areas of expertise
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Experience with data centers/telecommunications services is a plus
