Lead end-to-end user research initiatives across functional domains to guide product strategy and design decisions
Design and execute high-quality surveys grounded in strong methodological principles
Develop validated measurement frameworks (e.g., satisfaction, task success, usability, sentiment)
Conduct advanced quantitative analysis (segmentation, regression, significance testing, correlation analysis)
Synthesize research data into compelling, actionable insights through storytelling
Establish and evolve experience benchmarking frameworks
Connect product analytics data with research findings to triangulate insights
Identify leading indicators of experience quality and business outcomes
Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Quantify UX impact and connect it to business metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and set expectations for UX research
Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research planning, execution, and analysis

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to conduct mixed-methods research across qualitative and quantitative approaches
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., human-centered design, social sciences, analytics) or equivalent professional experience
Strong statistical analysis skills (experience with tools such as R, SPSS, Python)
Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms, particularly Amplitude
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience working on complex, highly technical B2B products
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously across multiple stakeholder groups
Proven track record of leading successful research initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Experience working in a global team is preferred.
