Lead AMER CapEx budgeting, forecasting, and long ‑ range planning
Ensure forecast accuracy by building proactive partnerships with business stakeholders and driving disciplined alignment across teams
Own global consolidation activities and deliver executive ‑ level reporting packages
Manage and deliver key accounting requirements, including close activities and variance analysis
Support global initiatives with strategic analysis, alignment, and insights
Identify, recommend, and assist in automation and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
8+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Manager capacity
Demonstrated experience working in global teams across regions and time zones
Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ volume environment
Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and forecasting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI, Oracle)
