About the role
- Own the Subdomain Product Backlog
- Collaborate with the Experience Product Managers to define and prioritize the product backlog for your respective subdomain
- Clearly articulate and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements
- Ensure that the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives
- Work with development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement
- Provide clear guidance on the expected outcome and work with the team to meet the Definition of done
- Determine and pursue the optimal Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements through regular interaction and feedback
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed
- Communicate product updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders and the broader organization
- Collaborate with Experience Product Managers and other Product Owners to ensure alignment and coherence across the product domains
- Work with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal end-to-end experience
- Engage with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Advocate for and implement best practices in product management and agile methodologies
- Continuously refine and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a product owner or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, particularly in large organizations
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with quote-to-cash systems and transformation is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SalesForce Marketing Cloud Implementation Experience is a plus
