💰 $130,000 - $194,000 per year
About the role
- Manages one or more hyperscale data center construction projects
- Directs internal and external project team members
- Oversees project risk registers and compliance with building regulations
- Coordinates with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and local Utilities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction project management and/or equivalent experience
- Typically 5+ years experience in mission critical construction project management
- Demonstrated understanding of MEP technology associated with mission critical environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project (preferred)
- Experience leading an internal cross-functional team (preferred)
