Lead the migration of core FP&A reporting from Excel/PowerPoint to standardized BI dashboards
Define the review model and drill paths from enterprise to function, product, region and country
Create a clear, prioritized backlog of data, reporting and analytics requirements; translate into dashboard specifications
Own the Finance metric catalog, definitions, lineage and quality controls
Introduce automated variance commentary and build diagnostic and self‑service analytics
Drive adoption through training and enablement for FP&A and business stakeholders

Requirements

Proven years in FP&A, financial reporting, financial data analytics
Proven record modernizing reporting or implementing BI at scale in a global, matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Finance, Analytics, Information Systems or related field preferred
Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (e.g. Google Looker/Power BI/Tableau)
Understanding of data modeling, metadata, hierarchies and large-scale dataset
Strong business acumen, ability to simplify complexity, craft clear data stories and influence senior stakeholders
Builder mentality, curiosity and user-centric design; outcomes-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and pace of change
