About the role
- Responsible for the successful completion of Network Fulfilment, Release Management, Process Improvement
- Establishing technical process improvements and assisting in the Service Strategy, Design and Transition lifecycle stages
- Responsible for integration with all business systems and applications
- Ensuring the customer is at the forefront of everything we do
Requirements
- Conduct site surveys for FTTH/FTTX deployments
- Perform, analyze, and troubleshoot P2P and GPON faults using OTDR, LSPM, and VFL
- Supervise/Perform high-quality fusion splicing of loose tube and ribbon fiber optic cables
- Supervise fiber civil work including trenching, manhole construction, conduit laying, and aerial fiber cable placement
- Prepare as-built drawings, splice-MST reports, and daily progress reports
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency fiber restoration
- Perform quality acceptance of lastmile, metro and backhaul fiber builds
