Our Digital Innovation Finance team is seeking a Senior Manager with strong financial modeling, problem solving and analytical skills to support the Digital information Organization (DIO) in driving innovation and financial/operational efficiencies.\n
Lead consolidation activities for CDIO annual budgets, quarterly forecasting process, and monthly cost reporting processes & deliverables\n
Prepare and deliver high quality presentation and reporting materials for executive leadership and business partners\n
Key business partner to the Office of the CDIO, COO and innovation office to drive forecast accuracy and deliver actionable insights\n
Coordinate and lead financial review meetings, while owning and tracking budget targets and performance metrics across regions\n
Lead project level financial reporting, variance analysis and financial insights, including capitalization of internal labor costs\n
Perform business case modeling to evaluate new technology initiatives and investments, including ROI and payback periods\n
Perform rigorous quality controls, accuracy checks, and review cadences across all DIO deliverables\n
Collaborate with Controllership, Corporate, other FP&A Finance teams, and cross functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning\n
Lead process alignment and implement process automation opportunities for scaling operational effectiveness\n
Respond proactively to ad hoc and executive-level finance requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or accounting (CFA, MBA preferred)\n
7+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or top management consulting firm or investment bank with projects focused on the technology sector\n
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex datasets\n
Expert level Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and data visualization capabilities\n
Experience supporting digital transformation, IT infrastructure or enterprise technology functions, particularly within a global or SaaS driven organization is highly preferred\n
Experience with scenario planning, financial automation tools, and leading process optimization initiatives\n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams\n
Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
