About the role

  • Monitor the security, infrastructure, and critical systems of the Data Center 24/7/365.
  • Track and classify alarms (critical, non-critical, and under observation), initiating corrective actions according to global protocols.
  • Control access and support security coverage in accordance with current policies and procedures.
  • Program and configure Data Center monitoring equipment.
  • Configure and support Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Update and maintain the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) databases.
  • Create and maintain alarm policies in the network management system.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.

Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English (interaction with global teams and technical documentation).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a critical environment.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and focus on accuracy.
  • Availability to work shifts.
