About the role
- Research target accounts and identify key decision makers and personas
- Acquire key/targeted personas using a variety of modern sales enablement tools
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline via phone outreach, emails, and social media
- Develop leads to stimulate new business, coordinating meetings/calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate with Managers, Inside Sales Associates, and Account Executives to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and provide feedback to Sales Management and Marketing Managers
- Accurately record and document all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)
Requirements
- Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
- Strong focus on building lasting relationships with potential clients across Latin America
- Expertise in account research and prospecting via multiple channels
- Proven background in territory management and cross-functional collaboration
- CRM (SFDC/Salesforce) proficiency for tracking and reporting activities
- Advanced Excel skills: proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and PivotTables
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint for effective collaboration and presentations.
