About the role

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision makers and personas
  • Acquire key/targeted personas using a variety of modern sales enablement tools
  • Generate interest, qualify leads, and grow the sales pipeline via phone outreach, emails, and social media
  • Develop leads to stimulate new business, coordinating meetings/calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with Managers, Inside Sales Associates, and Account Executives to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and provide feedback to Sales Management and Marketing Managers
  • Accurately record and document all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and sales activities in Salesforce (SFDC)

Requirements

  • Fluent English (required) and Spanish (preferred)
  • Strong focus on building lasting relationships with potential clients across Latin America
  • Expertise in account research and prospecting via multiple channels
  • Proven background in territory management and cross-functional collaboration
  • CRM (SFDC/Salesforce) proficiency for tracking and reporting activities
  • Advanced Excel skills: proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and PivotTables
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint for effective collaboration and presentations.
