About the role
- Lead a global team responsible for quote-to-cash processes, opportunity management, and related commercial support functions
- Drive operational excellence, automation, and scalability while ensuring alignment with evolving systems and segmentation strategies
- Partner with Sales, GTM Ops, and IT (Lead-to-Cash) to optimize deal flows
- Manage and develop a diverse team of ~190 professionals, creating an inclusive, high-performance culture
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
- Proven track record in leading large-scale operational teams and driving transformation initiatives
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce), automation, and global process design
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
