About the role
- Oversee global operational processes and strategies, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead and mentor regional operations managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements through automation and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Identify and mitigate risks in operational processes
- Manage global supply chain and logistics operations
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation across all levels of the organization
Requirements
- Significant experience in operations management, with demonstrable experience in a senior global leadership role in fintech or financial services.
