About the role
- Lead global plan administration and processing for employee share plans
- Oversee participant support and ensure high-quality client service
- Manage client implementations and event services, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery
- Supervise platform operations and drive client engagement initiatives
- Champion digital transformation and data-driven engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all regions
Requirements
- Significant experience in employee share plans, compensation, or client servicing, with some of this achieved in a global leadership role.
- Employee share plan operations and client servicing
- Project management and implementation
- Regulatory compliance and governance
- Leadership of cross-regional teams
- Communication and client relationship management
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field.
