About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and support market understanding
- Gather data to identify customer needs and define elements required to meet those needs
- Contribute to prioritization of opportunities and understand product trade-offs
- Support evaluation of buy, build, or partner approaches
- Contribute to business cases and product roadmaps for product strategy and planning
- Provide product descriptions and requirements for product development
- Prepare for and support product releases
- Monitor product adoption and usage and collect customer feedback for product lifecycle management
- Track product performance, including revenue and margin
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to present conclusions, insights, and findings
- Partner with engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams to support data-driven commercial risk products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2–5 years of product management, business analyst, or related coursework and project-based experience
- General understanding of Agile methodologies and/or project management methodologies preferred
- Proven experience in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of the commercial risk, credit, or B2B financial services landscape
- Experience monitoring product adoption, revenue, and margin performance
- Ability to translate market, competitive, and customer data into business cases and strategic product roadmaps
- Experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams in an Agile environment to define requirements and launch data-driven products
- Experience conducting build, buy, or partner analyses
