About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze data and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and support market understanding
  • Gather data to identify customer needs and define elements required to meet those needs
  • Contribute to prioritization of opportunities and understand product trade-offs
  • Support evaluation of buy, build, or partner approaches
  • Contribute to business cases and product roadmaps for product strategy and planning
  • Provide product descriptions and requirements for product development
  • Prepare for and support product releases
  • Monitor product adoption and usage and collect customer feedback for product lifecycle management
  • Track product performance, including revenue and margin
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to present conclusions, insights, and findings
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams to support data-driven commercial risk products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 2–5 years of product management, business analyst, or related coursework and project-based experience
  • General understanding of Agile methodologies and/or project management methodologies preferred
  • Proven experience in a Product Management environment in Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of the commercial risk, credit, or B2B financial services landscape
  • Experience monitoring product adoption, revenue, and margin performance
  • Ability to translate market, competitive, and customer data into business cases and strategic product roadmaps
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams in an Agile environment to define requirements and launch data-driven products
  • Experience conducting build, buy, or partner analyses
