Partner Development Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and prioritize potential partners aligned with Equifax UK's strategic objectives and target markets
- Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Develop and execute joint business plans and conduct regular partner performance reviews
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling partner joint value propositions
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Extensive experience in partner development, alliance management, or business development within the technology or financial services industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills alongside a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
