About the role
- Define and execute the product strategy for Open Banking and Consented Data solutions
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis across the UK and Europe
- Own the product roadmap, translate market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and compliance to deliver products
- Ensure products adhere to regulatory and security standards (PSD2, GDPR)
- Champion and manage the customer consent journey ensuring transparency and compliance
- Partner with marketing, sales, and account management for go-to-market and product adoption
- Define and track KPIs, analyse product usage data, and gather customer feedback for product enhancements
Requirements
- Strong current experience in product management or a similar role within the financial services or FinTech industry
- Knowledge and/or experience with Open Banking data, APIs, and the customer consent journey
- A strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UK and Europe, specifically relating to Open Banking (e.g., PSD2, GDPR)
- Experience in an Agile development environment, with a track record of successfully bringing new products to market from conception to launch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
