About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with prospects and existing clients by providing experienced pre- and post-sales consulting on technical or analytical solutions
Enhance the client relationship, drive new programs/revenue and increase Equifax mindshare within assigned accounts
Define and agree on best in-class solutions for Equifax customers
Maintain a thorough understanding of the fraud and financial crimes landscape
Provide client support in the form of business solutions and technical consulting
Provide coaching for sales, technical and additional business consultants on general fraud management techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in Fraud Management, Authentication and Anti-Money Laundering/ Know Your Customer
7+ years of experience in the industry
7+ years of experience in a client facing consulting role
Strong consultative client management and solution management skills
Strong negotiating and contracting skills
Issue management and resolution skills
Graduate Degree ACAMS, and/or CFE
Bilingual in English & French
