About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with an assigned portfolio of clients to identify and structure operational challenges, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead data-driven narrative communication efforts and present actionable recommendations and insights aligned with clients' objectives and strategies.
- Support the sales process as a trusted risk advisor alongside vertical market experts, developing tailored solutions and compelling business-case analyses that resonate with senior stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on data and analytics applications, trends, and governance within the financial services, insurance, and credit sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, vertical market consulting, service delivery) to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Proactively extract and analyze proprietary data to identify trends and opportunities for clients, delivering insights that drive measurable outcomes.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of data sources, models, and analytics platforms to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in risk-focused analytics, marketing, or customer insights
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives and deliver actionable insights through presentations to senior management
- Strong client-facing skills with experience leading meetings and influencing decisions at senior levels
- Deep understanding of the consumer lifecycle and the application of data in the financial services, insurance, and credit sectors in the Quebec market
- Advanced project management and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
