About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for managing a portfolio of key Telco accounts, forging C-level relationships, and developing strategic sales plans
- Maximize new business and existing revenue; manage developing accounts
- Grow revenue through new business by initiating prospecting activities and identifying critical players in the account
- Provide highly customized solutions to our top strategic customers based on a deep understanding and insight into customer’s business
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and pain points
- Manage client contracts to deliver renewals and revenue increases through up-sell and revenue management
- Partner with a team of solutions architects, product specialists/consultants, and marketing to orchestrate a seamless sales process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in managing and developing accounts
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing large scale, Enterprise clients/accounts with previous experience in Telco
- Extensive experience in prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with C-level decision-makers
- Experience in Increasing, maintaining and securing existing revenue by utilizing Solution Selling processes
- Ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with complex procurement processes (supply arrangements/RFPs) and regulations
- Experienced in keeping abreast of new innovations, applications, technical changes, market conditions, emerging trends and initiatives involving competitive activities.
