Director of Sales Operations – Enablement, Government Business
EquifaxSales Operations & Enablement Lead overseeing operational support for Government sales in Equifax. Ensuring process discipline, CRM hygiene, and sales efficiency across the organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Government Line of Business leader and sales organization from an operational perspective
- Maintain updated and accurate pipeline reports and forecasts
- Ensure CRM hygiene and assist users in onboarding and using CRM tools
- Organize and facilitate recurring cadence calls for LOB Sales Leaders
- Ensure front line sales follow required processes
- Drive continuous improvement for seller capabilities and team collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7-10 years of hands-on Sales Operations, RevOps, Sales Finance, or related experience
- 5+ years supporting Public Sector sales teams selling to US Federal, State, and Local government entities
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline reporting, and opportunity lifecycles within a Government procurement context
- Expertise in public sector RFP processes, proposal lifecycles, government contracting vehicles, FAR, specialized state/local procurement codes, statutory requirements
- Familiarity with sales methodology and sales training such as Sprint Selling, Sandler, Meddic, or similar
- Experience with Salesforce required
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced Excel skills for complex data manipulation, modeling, and scenario planning.
