About the role

  • Lead the strategic establishment and growth of the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) in Costa Rica
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and global reporting standards

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Finance/Accounting
  • At least 3+ years in people management
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (B2)
  • Advanced proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Planning, and complex Excel modeling (Power Query)
  • Strong grasp of US GAAP and experience in large, matrixed multinational corporations
