About the role
- Lead the finance business partner function for our Government organization
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to enable tactical decisions
- Interact frequently with executive leaders to present financial insights
- Analyze spending trends, prepare reporting, and assist in strategic planning
- Prepare annual budgets reflecting market conditions and objectives
- Identify, recruit, and develop a high-performance team of finance professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in a finance related capacity
- 10+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience, as well as managing full P&L’s
- Demonstrated experience successfully building and leading a team of financial analysts
- Demonstrated strength in digital fluency with a particular focus on utilizing Excel for financial modeling and forecasting
