About the role

  • Lead the finance business partner function for our Government organization
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to enable tactical decisions
  • Interact frequently with executive leaders to present financial insights
  • Analyze spending trends, prepare reporting, and assist in strategic planning
  • Prepare annual budgets reflecting market conditions and objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and develop a high-performance team of finance professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a finance related capacity
  • 10+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience, as well as managing full P&L’s
  • Demonstrated experience successfully building and leading a team of financial analysts
  • Demonstrated strength in digital fluency with a particular focus on utilizing Excel for financial modeling and forecasting
