About the role

  • optimize the customer experience and coordinate post-sales implementation
  • collaborate with customers to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions
  • drive adoption and retention through customer success activities
  • communicate the value of our data and solutions
  • examine customer data utilization and identify gaps
  • provide knowledge transfer through training on Equifax products and services
  • identify growth opportunities and assist in upsell during renewal process
  • assess customer health by monitoring solution usage
  • troubleshoot technical issues for clients
  • develop and deliver performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B customer success, account management, or other client-facing role with large, Enterprise clients, preferable financial institutions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Experience keeping clients engaged and increasing product usage, while building customer loyalty
  • Exceptional communication skills to foster positive business relationships
  • Willingness to travel ~20%
