About the role
- Strategically manage commercial performance and relationships with Equifax partner organizations
- Serve as a facilitator between internal teams and partners
- Ensure the company’s vision is implemented with excellence
- Lead the sales team through mentoring and individual feedback (1:1s)
- Manage conflicts and strengthen relationships with senior leadership at partner organizations
- Plan and coordinate partner-specific initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business Management, Sales or Leadership is a competitive advantage
- Proven experience leading sales teams and managing sales channels or indirect partners
- Willingness to travel occasionally
