About the role
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized processes to deliver best-in-class support.
- Lead and coordinate key operational projects to improve execution, visibility, and collaboration across teams.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and communication between internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment between regional and global teams.
- Coordinate complex projects and technical onboardings for large enterprise partners, ensuring smooth execution and cross-team alignment.
- Support performance tracking and continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
- Promote efficient use of project management systems such as Jira and Confluence.
- Apply agile or hybrid project management frameworks when suitable to enhance collaboration and delivery.
- Oversee Jira workflows and assignments, ensuring requests are properly routed, prioritized, and followed up within the team.
- Partner with other departments on enterprise or global-scale initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management or operations experience, ideally within the AdTech, technology, or media industry.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Analytical, organized, and proactive in driving process improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement approach to workflows and team performance.
