About the role
- Develop, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships that drive scalable, repeatable revenue from emerging and existing demand sources.
- Own and grow a portfolio of senior-level partnerships, identifying upsell opportunities, diversifying product adoption, and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.
- Lead executive-level conversations with strategic agency partners, brand-direct partners, and strategic platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities, providing clear visibility and regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Create revenue forecasts for new partnerships and channels, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Achieve revenue targets across innovative solutions including programmatic, managed services, and curation products.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to support sellers managing key accounts and accelerate incremental net revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to align partnership strategy, product feedback, and commercial execution.
- Provide actionable market insights to Product and Tech teams to inform roadmap priorities and product innovation.
- Act as a senior commercial leader and internal quarterback, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams supporting partnership execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within programmatic advertising.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, data, identity, and demand-side solutions.
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding significant revenue goals through strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial insights and recommendations.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial and legal agreements in collaboration with internal legal teams.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
