About the role
- Support the drafting, negotiation and review of various agreements, including but not limited to Master Services Agreements (MSAs) for our own and third‑party services, NDAs, DPAs and procurement/supply agreements, using company templates and reviewing third‑party documents.
- Manage internal communications and triage legal requests to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and organization of legal documents and contracts, including in connection with the upcoming CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation.
- Assist with the interpretation of legal documents and applicable laws and regulations, providing practical support for commercial contracts.
- Assist with the migration from the Sharethrough platform to the Equativ platform.
- Act as a liaison between the business unit and the legal team to ensure legal alignment on business initiatives.
Requirements
- Contract Administrator II (contracts and privacy; industry‑specific experience not required)
- Law degree (J.D., LL.B. or equivalent) (not a member of the bar)
- 4 years of experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Proficiency in English is required because the role requires regular collaboration and communication with teams, clients and vendors outside Quebec, and the use of tools and documents that are available only in English.
