About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights
Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information for business decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy
Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including conducting office hours, troubleshooting issues, and sharing dashboard and analytics best practices
Document solution architecture, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards
Communicate solution designs, analytical findings, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work independently while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver project requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration
Strong SQL experience, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
Experience with or working knowledge of data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline technical documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams
Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred
