About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Title Analyst is responsible for the efficient, effective review and interpretation of title abstracts, certified title opinions, and related documents.
- Clearly and concisely communicates ownership and curative analyses.
- Maintains confidentiality in the handling of all business activities.
- Understands priorities and deadlines as conveyed by Manager or Title Analyst III/IV.
- Utilizes all tools available to make timely analysis that facilitates the company's goals.
- Utilizes company computer programs designed to store, manage and track information and documents.
- Interprets legal documents and law firm work product and spot issues with the same.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years' experience reviewing title or drafting title opinions.
- High proficiency with all MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with oil and gas title review and analysis within the company’s operating area.
