About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead strategic origination and business development efforts across the Midwest natural gas market.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance the value of EQT’s transportation and storage portfolio.
  • Develop value-add strategies around existing transportation and storage portfolio.
  • Structure & execute complex transactions that create value for both EQT and its customers.
  • Business Development of new trading counterparties pipelines and storage operators.
  • Develop new product/service offerings.
  • Perform basic analysis and financial modeling to assess the value-add of proposals.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of origination experience in the Midwest region.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in structured deal-making and strong experience developing and maintaining professional industry relationships.
