About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer accounts in alignment with contractual terms, commercial agreements, and company policies.
- Collaborate extensively with Rates & Regulatory to assist with regulatory filings, rate reviews and evaluations, and other critical regulatory processes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and contractual obligations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding natural gas services, rates, transmission and storage related charges, and account matters.
- Interpret and apply midstream agreements and capacity arrangements to ensure accurate billing and account administration.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Risk, Asset Performance, Credit, Finance, and Contracts to ensure coordinated execution of commercial activity.
- Support acquisitions and divestitures by facilitating accurate account transitions and maintaining continuity of service.
- Contribute to the tracking and communication of Qrew Metrics and other performance indicators through accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen cross functional workflow.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
- 3+ years of related experience required.
- Experience with or exposure to AI-powered tools and technologies, with a demonstrated interest in learning and leveraging new AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
