Serve as the primary lead for post-construction permit compliance on midstream pipeline projects.
Oversee and perform regulatory inspections, including weekly and post-rainfall assessments, to ensure ongoing environmental and regulatory compliance.
Manage the development and execution of project punch lists by coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and third-party service providers.
Lead the planning and field execution of slide repairs and slope stability mitigation, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met.
Oversee general reclamation activities, verifying work quality and alignment with permit requirements and restoration plans.
Prepare and submit comprehensive Notice of Termination (NOT) packages in accordance with federal and state regulatory frameworks.
Track and manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, and variance reporting for compliance and field activities.
Provide oversight of field contractors performing compliance, repair, and restoration work; ensure adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Environmental, Regulatory, Construction, and Land teams to align field activities with overall project goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, corrective actions, and compliance progress throughout the closeout lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
3+ years of experience in midstream pipeline project management, field engineering, or environmental compliance.
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory inspection protocols and environmental permit conditions (e.g., SWPPP, NPDES, E&S).
Experience managing field contractors and resolving construction and compliance issues in real-time.
Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to coordinate across multiple teams and disciplines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and field documentation tools.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regularly to field locations.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Familiarity with EQT legacy systems or Appalachian basin operations (preferred).
Experience working with third-party inspection firms and environmental service providers (preferred).
Knowledge of GIS tools and inspection management platforms (preferred).
