About the role
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market professional services and compliance clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Own renewal cycles and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
- Conduct regular business reviews to surface evolving workflow and compliance challenges, aligning our SaaS solutions to clients' changing needs.
- Maintain and deepen relationships across stakeholder layers including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors.
- Maintain accurate account records and renewal forecasts in CRM using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in B2B SaaS with 2+ years specifically in account management, customer success, or renewal-focused roles.
- Experience selling into or managing accounts within financial services, professional services, or regulated industries.
- A track record of hitting net revenue retention (NRR) targets through expansion and renewal — not just satisfaction scores.
- Comfortable managing complex organisations and aligning multiple decision-makers to outcomes.
- Disciplined CRM habits and a structured approach to account planning and forecasting.
