• Support enrollment - identify, enroll, and support students throughout the program
• IT equipment management and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with student support staff (Special Education, Counselors, and other school staff)
• Track student data and produce detailed reports
• Maintain program manual, documents, and systems
• Study Edgenuity program and develop complementary study notes and resources
• Design high-quality virtual curriculum across a variety of content areas
• Teach daily live synchronous lessons and record asynchronous sessions
• Provide tutoring and individual support to students
• Track student attendance, grades, and progress
• Create customized plans for each student to ensure they are successful in their virtual classes
• Set and track completion goals for each student that align with their individual graduation plans (IGPs)
• Connect students and families with special education, counselors, and other wrap around supports as appropriate
• Complete regular in-person check ins with students - virtually, at the school, or in students’ homes
