About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute global revenue operations strategies, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to design and implement processes that maximize sales team efficiency and revenue performance.
- Identify gaps, develop solutions, and implement improvements across processes, systems, and reporting to enhance operational performance.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to inform revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive enhancements in CRM platforms, sales technologies, and workflows in partnership with the Business Applications team to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all revenue operations functions.
- Oversee all aspects of commission plans, including design, implementation, calculations, and accuracy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality revenue and sales operations reports for executive leadership and board meetings, providing actionable insights.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Customer Success Revenue Operations to drive seamless processes and optimize operational alignment.
- Build and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments where you’ve built and evolved processes in real time.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing commission structures, as well as developing accurate and actionable revenue forecasts.
- Skilled in preparing and delivering clear, impactful reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Tools (e.g. Clari, Clari Groove), ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across departments, fostering alignment between Finance, Sales, HR, and Customer Success functions.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving operational excellence.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, build relationships, and present insights to diverse audiences.
