About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision-making, with a focus on profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction;
Support Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes, providing relevant information to the management;
Prepare data for management’s decision making process in preparing ad-hoc analysis. Uses data to advise management on decisions for performance improvements, risk or opportunities Management.
Prepare data for the financial auditing and risk analysis ensuring a culture of compliance;
Prepare a complete Reporting set analyzing variances between planned and actual on: Sales, Contribution Margins, Structure costs. Prepares variance explanations and commentaries;
Give support to analyze results in the area of: investment, sourcing, cost reduction, commercial performances, etc.
Being able to communicate with all areas of the enterprise including sales, marketing and accounting.
Support an effective and advantageous relationship with Corporate, giving timely answers and proposing value added improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 5 years;
Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities;
Languages: English and second Language;
Highest Education Level: Finance/Economics Degree.
